The following reflects how you may work with us in four stages over 6 months.

Stage 1: Mutually Explore

We explore the issues from your perspective no matter how big or small they may be (enterprise, department, or strategic project).  We have the capability to explore your questions in a scientific way using a holistic approach.  As behavioral scientists trained in various business disciplines, we can analyze your questions from a practical as well as a theoretical basis.

Stage 2: Visually Model

Because managers and employees are often visual learners, we decompose questions into a strategy model.  This allows you to view your strategy from both a big picture and tactical perspective simultaneously.  A hallmark of our approach is that we visually and explicitly identify causal relationships so you understand why you are successful (or not).

Stage 3: Scientifically Test

We use state-of-the-art scientific approaches and statistical methods to test your strategic model.  These include both qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., multiple regression, structural equation modeling, hierarchical linear modeling).

Stage 4: Empirically Advise

With scientifically based evidence, we advise companies how to approach strategy and adjust tactics.  We determine which strategies and tactics are statistically significant, and enhance decision making via intuitive stoplight scoring.
