An article in the journal Personnel Psychology, co-written by Semplar Managing Director Dr. Brian Glibkowski, has won a prestigious Emerald Citation of Excellence Award. Titled “The impact of psychological contract breach on work-related outcomes: a meta analysis,” the article was one of 50 chosen from 15,000 management articles in 300 publications worldwide.
